Golf Lessons

My name is Jeff Betti and I am thrilled to be the new Head Golf Professional at Saratoga Lake Golf Club. I look forward to working with our team to provide a top-notch experience for all of our golfers.

I began my golfing career in high school, working at Ballston Spa Country Club. Once I realized I wanted to make golf a career I enrolled in the PGM Program at Arizona State University. Upon completing college, my love for the area brought me back to the Capital Region where I worked as an assistant at Albany Country Club and Saratoga Golf & Polo Club. I was elected as a Class A PGA Member in 2014. Before taking over at Saratoga Lake Golf Club, I was the Head Golf Professional at Amsterdam Municipal Golf Course and Orchard Creek Golf Club. I look forward to utilizing my past experiences to enhance the enjoyment of all golfers at Saratoga Lake Golf Club.

Teaching golf has been a passion of mine for over 15 years. While I enjoy helping players of all ages and abilities, I have a great passion for junior golf and growing the game. Through coaching for PGA Junior League, teaching at local schools, and running various camps and clinics, I’ve had the opportunity to help many young golfers begin their journey.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife Alisha, and two sons, Jackson and Leo. Whether it’s a competitive round, one with friends, or one with a stranger, there’s nothing like spending time on the golf course. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be here and can’t wait to get started.
